Our specific actions for performance management include……


  • To deploy the most rigorous systems for measuring organizational and individual performance.
  • To deploy aggressive reward and punishment systems for performance.

Key initiative:

  • We conduct regular Bi-Annual Performance Reviews (BPRs), which will be directed at constantly keeping the Company and personnel under pressure for performance.
  • We will institute a rigorous performance management system (e.g. using a collegiate system of review based on the level of personnel) 
  • We will conduct annual performance appraisals and reward performance accordingly
  • We will set audacious reward systems, which may be a mix of aggressive promotions and cash bonus practice
